In the 2017-2018 academic year, Houston Canterbury successfully launched The Gathering at St. Luke the Evangelist, a Sunday night Eucharist and community dinner for college students and community members from UH and TSU. We need your help so that we can provide a hot meal for those who come hungry.
Canterbury this Week: April 2-8 – Grace Hour kicks off a new study of Romans, Ladies’ Night and Men’s Group meet this Friday. The Easter celebration continues.
Grace Hour: This April, we will take up Beverly Roberts Gaventa’s invitation to linger “in Romans” and to take in the theological scenery, breathing the graced air as we dare to see ourselves and the world around us with courageous honesty.

On Saturday, March 24 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, St. Luke the Evangelist (3530 Wheeler Ave, 77004) will host a Mental Health First Aid Training, sponsored by the Episcopal Health Foundation and the Union of Black Episcopalians.
