UH Wellness and Houston Canterbury are excited to be launching a four-part book discussion series based on Dr. Brene Brown’s book The Gifts of Imperfection to begin in February. In this work, Brown encourages readers to explore how we can cultivate courage, compassion, and connection on a daily basis as a way to improve our lives. The series, called The Gifts of Imperfection: Practices for Imperfect People will center on discussion of the major themes of the book, along with development of practices that participants can use in their everyday lives.
