The Rev. Patrick Hall will be our special guest for a session on family systems theory and anxiety. We live and move and have our being in a web of living, interrelated systems, which have their own ways of dealing with emotion, anxiety and conflict. By understanding our own role in these systems, we can work to improve relationships and reduce the anxiety in the system. Join us for this conversation, and you will leave with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety and conflict in your own life. Dinner will be provided.
Sunday, March 26, 6:30-8:30 pm, Bread in the Wilderness
