Here’s what’s going with Canterbury this week:

Tuesday, November 15: Grace Hour at Bohemeo’s (6:30-8:00 pm) Dinner is on Canterbury.  Join us as we dig into some of those crazy apocalyptic readings from the lectionary that make us feel a bit awkward in the lead-up to Advent.

Wednesday, November 16: FREE Lunch at the Bruce (11:30-1:00 pm), Common Worship (12:15-12:50 pm) in the Meditation Chapel on the 2nd floor of the AD Bruce. This week, Canterbury leads worship, and we will be celebrating the Feast of Christ the King.  Also, since this will be the last Wednesday service before Thanksgiving break, there will be pie.

Thursday, November 17: YA Community Night at St. Martin’s – Dinner and breakdancing battles start at 7:30 pm; House Night begins around 9:00 pm.  Come for the community, and get some advising about your FAFSA and financial aid process.

Friday, November 18: Coffee on Canterbury at Cougar Grounds (9-11 am)  Bring a friend and drop on by to check in, reflect on the week, or just enjoy some free coffee.

A little note:  The campus missioner will be out of the office for a Nominations Committee meeting on Tuesday.  Next week, she will be attending the Society of Biblical Literature Annual Conference in San Antonio.
